We are happy to welcome you in our wine shop in the charming village of Seynes, close to the city of Alès. Discover our wines and order them from our website. Our products have two labels of protected geographical indication (IGP Cévennes and AOP Duché d’Uzès) that guarantee quality and a traditionnal making process.

Special blend Rouge Ô! Piment

Syrah, Grenache, Cinsaut, Carignan

Price : 9€ incl. taxes

Drink flavored with red wine from the Cevennes, spiced up by an organic pepper produced by local sellers Christian and Brigitte Colautti, producers in Ners (30360).

Best with : It is a gourmand wine, fruity and lightly tannic with this little extra freshness and length in the mouth brought by the pepper. The Red O! Chili is ideal for a cocktail dinner : share it with your friends !

IGP Cévennes

Pure Sève – White wine

50 % Viognier, 50% Sauvignon

Price : 8 € incl. taxes

This IGP Cévennes vintage is characterized by a fresh and delicate smell with fresh fruit aromas. On the palate, the Viognier’s fat is expressed with fine peach-apricot aromas. It is counterbalanced by the citrus freshness of Sauvignon.

Best with : Ideal to awaken the taste buds as an aperitif or to accompany oysters, prawns, shells St Jacques …

C le Bouquet ! – Red wine

60% Syrah, 40% Grenache

Price : 7 € incl. taxes

A brilliant ruby color and a rather complex nose, dominated by a mix of black fruits (blackberry & cassis), with a background of fine spices.

In the mouth, it is a fresh, crunchy and dynamic wine with a real personality. The red spring-summer collection !

Best with : Summer cuisine, grilled meats, salads, pizzas …

Les Prémices – Red wine

60% Syrah, 40% Grenache

Gold Medal of the Independent Winegrowers 2016

Price : 9 € incl. taxes

Open and quite complex, dominated by a fresh spices-red fruit and floral blend. In the mouth, it is a fleshy and crunchy wine, fresh, dynamic and long in the mouth. Immediate pleasure guaranteed!

Best with : Enjoy with a veal escalope, Osso Bucco, veal blanquette and all your gourmet preparations.

Perle de Syrah – Red wine

100% Syrah

Price : 12 € incl. taxes

This wine has a deep, sustained and brilliant color. Its nose is intense and complex, characterized by fresh red and black fruits, mixed with sweet spices.

Best with : Ideal to accompagny red meats, duck breast, beef ribs…

AOP Duché d’Uzès

Cuvée Mont Bouquet – Red wine

60% Syrah, 40% Grenache

Price : 12 € incl. taxes
